Who these terms apply to
These terms govern use of the datadraft.in website and any services provided by AsthaDigit LLP (LLPIN ACQ-8188), trading as DataDraft ("we", "us"). By accessing the site or commissioning work from us, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide reporting and automation services on a project basis. The scope, deliverables, price, and timeline for each project are agreed in writing (email is sufficient) before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; an engagement begins only once both parties have confirmed the scope in writing.
Payment
Projects are priced at a fixed fee agreed before work begins. Payment terms are stated in the project confirmation. We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery of work if invoices are not paid by the agreed date.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own everything we build for your project — files, scripts, and documentation — outright. We retain no licence to use your deliverables or your data after the engagement closes. We may describe the nature of the work (without identifying you or your data) in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Your responsibilities
- You warrant that you have the right to share any data or account access you provide to us for the purposes of the project.
- You are responsible for verifying that deliverables meet your requirements before putting them into production.
- You are responsible for keeping any credentials you share with us revoked once the project is closed, if you have not already done so.
Confidentiality
We treat your business data, source data, and any non-public information shared during a project as confidential. We do not share it with third parties except sub-processors necessary to deliver the work (e.g. the cloud services your data already lives in). You treat any proprietary methods or tools we share with you as confidential.
Limitation of liability
We will use reasonable care and skill in performing our services. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or data loss arising from your use of the deliverables.
Maintenance and breaks
If a delivered automation breaks because an upstream data source or third-party API changes its format or access, we will fix it at no additional charge, provided you notify us promptly and the break is not caused by changes you made to the connected systems without informing us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Changes do not affect ongoing projects unless agreed in writing.
