Privacy Policy
Who we are
DataDraft is a trading name of AsthaDigit LLP (LLPIN ACQ-8188), a limited liability partnership registered in India. We provide reporting and automation services to businesses. Our contact address is gaurav@datadraft.in.
What we collect and why
We collect only what is needed to respond to enquiries and deliver the work you commission:
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, and your message. Submitted through Formspree and used solely to reply to you.
- Email correspondence — messages you send directly to our email address, retained for as long as the client relationship is active.
- Project data — data you share with us to build a report or dashboard. Used only to do the work; not shared with third parties; removed from our systems when the project is closed unless you ask us to retain it.
- Web analytics — we may use privacy-respecting analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking) to understand broad traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is captured at this layer.
We do not buy, sell, rent, or broker personal data.
Legal basis (for visitors from the EEA / UK)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries, delivering contracted work) or contract performance. You may object at any time by emailing us.
Third-party services
We use the following processors:
- Formspree — handles contact form submissions. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io.
- Calendly — handles meeting scheduling. Their privacy policy is at calendly.com.
- Google Fonts — loaded from Google's CDN for typography. Google may log the request IP.
- YouTube — our demo video is embedded. YouTube may set cookies if you interact with the player.
When we perform client work we may access third-party tools on your behalf (e.g. Google Sheets, Power BI). In those cases you remain the data controller and we act as a processor following your instructions.
Cookies
Our own site does not set first-party cookies. Third-party embeds (YouTube) may set cookies when you interact with them. You can block third-party cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Email gaurav@datadraft.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Contact enquiries are retained for up to two years. Project data is deleted within 30 days of project closure unless a longer retention period is agreed in writing.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Project access is limited to only the accounts and files needed for the work.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
