Will the chatbot make things up?
We ground it in your own information and test it on real questions before launch. It's set up to hand off to your team or say it doesn't know rather than guess. No AI is perfect, so we build the checks in from day one.
Is this a product I have to learn?
No. This is done for you. The assistant lives on your website or inside your existing tools. You don't log into anything new unless you want to.
What does it run on, and what are the ongoing costs?
We use leading AI models such as OpenAI and Claude, set up in your own accounts where possible. Usage costs are paid directly to the provider, and we estimate them for you before we build.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours. We use only the information a project needs, keep access limited, and remove it when the work is done.
Where are you based?
We're an India-based studio and keep hours that overlap the US working day. Calls happen in your time zone.
How much does it cost, and how soon?
Every project is a fixed price, quoted after the free audit. Small automations start from $500, and most assistants and agents fall between $3,000 and $8,000. First projects usually ship within one to three weeks.
